Information we collect
If you join the optional La Bianca Club or newsletter, we collect the information you choose to provide: first and last name, email address or mobile number, and birthday month and day. We do not ask for a birth year. Browsing the website and placing an order do not require a La Bianca Club account.
How we use it
We use signup information to verify your contact method, send restaurant news and special offers you requested, provide birthday offers, prevent abuse, and maintain consent records. We do not sell customer personal information.
Consent and messages
Club and newsletter messages are opt-in. Message frequency can vary. Standard carrier rates may apply to text messages. You may unsubscribe from an email using the link supplied by the email service, reply STOP to eligible text campaigns, or contact us directly.
Security and retention
Club personal data is encrypted at rest and the directory is restricted to authorized WordPress administrators. Contact details have additional salted lookup hashes, public forms use anti-abuse controls, and raw signup IP addresses are not stored. We retain information while consent remains active or as reasonably needed for security, legal, and operational records, then delete or anonymize it.
Service providers
We may use service providers to operate the website, process orders, deliver email or text verification, protect forms from bots, measure site performance, or display approved advertising. Depending on which services are configured, these may include WordPress hosting, our online ordering provider, Cloudflare Turnstile, Twilio, analytics services, and advertising partners. Their own privacy terms apply to information they process.
News and external links
The FAQ page may show headline-only links from an official publisher RSS feed. Those links open the publisher’s website. Order, map, review, social, sponsor, advertising, and news links can take you to third-party websites governed by their own policies.
Cookies and advertising
The website may use essential cookies or local storage for functions such as remembering whether the optional intro has played. Analytics and approved advertising code may use additional identifiers or cookies after those services are configured. Where legally required, a consent choice should be shown before non-essential tracking runs.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete information held in the La Bianca Club directory, or withdraw marketing consent. To protect your information, we may need to verify your request.
